Nearside front wheel arch inner appears loose??!

I'd say if I walked into this garage with it in my hand, it was more than loose!
Still, as you can see, it got reattached.
I then drove 20 miles up the motorway, and the exhaust fell off.

When I take the car to the garage tomorrow, shall I tell them it appears loose?

I didn't have a good day for bits staying attatched to my car today :-(
