Lake Tahoe Pines
We took a short walk this morning before our drive back to Ellie and Carl's house in Oakland. This was a typical sight on our walk, through the ubiquitous pine trees across a generous lawn to the lake in the distant background. The pine cones are as large as I have ever seen, and I will take a particularly well formed specimen back to Northampton when we return. Tomorrow we go to SF MoMA.
I'm adding an extra to yesterday's blip, showing a view from their front porch in Glenbrook on Lake Tahoe.
