Threave Castle

The boys used to love coming here when they were little and the little ones loved ringing the bell to call the boat to take us to the castle today.

Today we have swum, Rory has swung for the first time on a 'big swing' and Farrah has got on to a pole all by herself. We have walked and been on a boat and climbed in a castle. We have seen Osprey nesting and we have done a bit more walking.

We are home now (Via Tebay Services, a must) with the kids still in Scotland. 3 days of work then back up for a surprise for Liam's birthday.

I'm looking forward to the first night in my own bed for a week...
