Buplèvre

Or bupleurum, apparently used in Chinese medicine for chest infections. It seems to be doing really well this year.

Some years ago, I bought some buplèvre honey from a local beekeeper, and it was the most delicious honey I have ever tasted. I bought it for as long as he had it, but I've never seen it again. Perhaps this year it will make a reappearance. I took a ton of photos of it and was happy with nearly all of them -- it's even more photogenic than fennel!
