Off-road

Today was fun. Destination Millbrook, the motor industry test centre in Bedfordshire. Our hosts were the Mercedes-Benz PR team, who laid on a day of off-roading in some of their more rugged vehicles.

Because as yet unannounced prototypes are tested at Millbrook, cameras are forbidden except with special permission and a permit, and visitors' camera phones have to have their lenses covered. So I had to rely on Mercedes' photographer for this shot of me playing in puddles. That white stuff is the thick ice that covered the water splashes on arrival.
