Two…………..

……………Eggs


Thrush eggs. These were either tipped out of the nest during recent windy conditions or they were infertile and pushed out during a spell of housekeeping. 

While both eggs have holes in the shell, traces of yolk can still be seen and I am sure a chick couldn’t possibly have emerged without the shell breaking in two.

They are however from a wild bird and perfect for my Wild Wednesday entry. Thank you for hosting this challenge, Cailleach. 

Thank you for the comments, stars and hearts for yesterday’s view across Nelson Haven. After enjoying warmth and sunshine, today it is cooler and wet. 
Once again commenting will be limited but I will continue to sprinkle stars and hearts.
