I always think this pub looks so pretty with all the flowers out the front. Even early (ish) on a Monday morning it was quite difficult to capture without stationery traffic and/or photographing tourists in front of it, but I managed.

It was a quiet day, catching up with things that needed to be caught with, some of them going dead slow. By afternoon the sun was well and truly out and it was a lovely day. Ended it with another trip out east, this time with E, so see 2 more houses - one of which I really liked. Oh dear, may have to get myself organised.
