My Kind of Day

This photo was taken during the drive into Norwich, while we were stuck in traffic (I wasn't driving I hasten to add).  A really heavy frost was making everything sparkle in the morning sun.
The reason it was 'my kind of day' was that I was with dear friend B. and we spent a very happy two hours in John Lewis's Design Consultancy room, looking at loads of curtain fabric and paint colours...just heaven!!
B hasn't finally chosen the curtains for her new home yet, but we have narrowed down the choice to three designs.
After all that concentration we just had to head to the restaurant for a sustaining lunch...then onto towels, bed linen, bathroom accessories...etc. etc.
