Ho, ho, ho!

I went out with Santa tonight. At first I thought he had stood me up as he wasn't where we agreed to meet. I drove round the streets looking for him and eventually caught up with him and the elves. We walked the streets ... well, most of us walked but Santa and the elves were in the sleigh. 

Each year the Scouts escort Santa around the village over four nights. It was lovely to see the faces of the children as they came outside to meet Santa and sit in his sleigh. However, when we hit a child free zone I found it difficult to walk fast enough to keep up with the turbo charged sleigh! I had to quit before the end as I had walked far enough.
