Autobus

After getting to bed at 3am and the wife's alarm going off at 6am I was a little tired today. I had to wait in for our window manufacturer to drop by to take the final measurements so made it to work around midday. Fairly easy afternoon.

A slow 5.5km tonight, never a good idea to eat dinner then go running!
