It Takes All Sorts

The Thames flooded at Richmond today, as it sometimes does, overflowing onto the riverside path. This *ahem* 'eccentric' local gentleman took that as a cue to strip down to his boxers for spot of paddling. I think they're his shoes perched on the bin, bottom right.
