Beautiful People

This is just a small part of the group I coach on Thursdays and run with on a Saturday morning. Being this close to christmas the group tends to shrink a bit. All of the group have done well this year and have improved immensely. Lianne on the left ran her first Marathon this year, Paul in the middle ran a new PB in the 10k at the Masters Games,Becs on the right ran 1 min faster last week in the 3k series and 9 secs faster this week. Mark at the back is my assistant director of caching,advisor and training partner. Mark like me a few years ago ran under 60 minutes for 10 miles.
