Orders a plenty coming in for hams, turkeys and yes even 'turduckens' but so far no 'gooduckens' (an English traditional variant replacing the turkey with goose.)

The method  of stuffing 'the remains of one animal into another' is engastration... (how enticing that sounds!) and supposedly originated in the Middle Ages (was it then perhaps a gooduckenlark/peagooduckenlark? and yes 'Pandora's Cushion (goose stuffed with chicken stuffed with quail.)
