Zucchinis!

We have had a terrible time this summer trying to grow things, as the slugs and deer seem to come along and munch our plants before too long.

After doing some chores outside, I spied that our zucchini plants had actually made some wonderful, little zucchinis. They still have a way to grow, but I am excited to eat them. Does anyone remember that show Take Home Chef? The chef would surprise some cooking inept person at the supermarket, go home with them, and help them prepare a meal for their family. Anyway, he loved to make zucchini flowers, stuffed with cheese and fried. That sounds good, too, but then you wouldn't get any zucchinis!
