Jim Thompson House

It’s worth to visit the Thai home of the American Jim Thompson (born in 1906, disappeared in 1967). The lovely garden is an oasis in the busy town and his Thai house remains as a lasting reminder of his creative ability and his deep love of Thailand. Jim Thomson devoted himself to reviving the craft of hand weaved silk and contributed substantially to the industry’s growth and to the worldwide recognition to Thai silk.
