In-between cobblestones

I don't really know the name of this nice little plant and its  flowers . But I guess they belong to the Geraniaceae fam.(maybe somebody of you knows this plant better ?) Anyway nice to see those flowers still in bloom and that between the cobblestones nearby a house entrée  in town. And especial in this time of the year
