Strike TWO!

NOT a happy chappy. 
But less for the reason you might imagine.
My hirsute sibling complains that Sparrows (of the house variety) and Starlings are rarities & he seldom sees 2-3 in a week/ I, on the other hand see uncountable Starlings and Sparrows.
However I had to wait until now to see my first/only Tree Sparrow   whereas he sees them regularly.
Today he called me through from the kitchen because he had just seen no less than three on our feeder. By the time I got through there was still a certain one, with a possible other behind.
Why I am exceeding nothappy is that I no longer have Alice to come and see/enjoy them with me.
I haven't seen one since, for the rest of daylight.
Not too bad for a quick pointy/shooty.
