UNHAPPILY BAFFLED

This installation has appeared in the Place du Luxembourg - just in front of the parliament building - no idea what it's supposed to communicate - other than a total disconnect with reality...

I've never seen so many hopeless, homeless people in Brussels before. There is a large percentage of Rumanian Gypsies who seem to aspire to professional victimhood - don't expect to understand them at all. Must admit they're brilliant at thieving - personal experience!!

The ones I'm really sorry for are the innocents who find themselves stunned - without a family - a house or a job...

Really difficult to know who to give to...
