Tired before the day began

This was Bailey first thing this morning - he clearly didn't fancy Thursday and I can't say that I blame him. He did stir himself to go for a walk and it was noticeably darker than it has been and the same at the end of the day when it as almost dark already as the buses pulled off site. A planned meeting was cancelled at the end of the day and a plan to go out too. It's meant that I have managed to get my head around the readings for Tuesday's Carol Concert with time to make considered choices rather than in a rush. Now all we need is children ready to read them. That's tomorrow's job. Well, one of them.
