What will the future bring?

Today's blip shows our daughter taking a last look at her books before her last exam today. After that, she'll be back in school only by the end of January. She will then be a fifth grader, and it will be our last year in this town. After that we will have to move to another town with better schools for her age.
We will probably move closer to the beach. There is a very pretty little town three hours from where we live now that was founded some 20 years ago by Europeans - Swiss, Italians, French, English. Today its population has grown and is predominantly Brazilian, but the original spirit still lives on. It's a nice mixture of cultures and has great schools with a focus on environmental issues - one of Isabella's great passions.
