Once More Into The Light, Dear Friends, Once More

A great day at work with the children from Jyoto School paying our school a visit, an annual exchange event between the Year Four classes of twenty-eight years duration. Lots of great art produced and new friendships formed. After work was our staff Christmas party. Delicious Korean food. The main course of vegetarian option had lots of delicious vegetables in a nabe. From the Secret Santa, I received a Star Wars handkerchief. Who could possibly have known?

I really wanted to go to karaoke after the party but everybody else who wanted to go to karaoke wanted to go to a pub first. Luckily, a few others wanted to go to the Luminarie. Given the choice of a noisy, smokey pub and a refreshing walk beneath glorious lights, it wasn't a difficult choice.
