Waiting Patiently

Today is the day we expected the heating engineer to come and fix our central heating pump.  Come he did - at the appointed time - and he got on with the job with no messing about.  A replacement pump was fitted - not straightforward because a direct replacement for the old one was no longer available - and all is now lovely and warm.
Polly dog had to wait until the job was done before we got out for a walk, and by then it was coming dark.  No matter - we are now all as snug as bugs in rugs :-)
