The flight of the wing mirror

Driving the long drive back from Cumbria to West Sussex our wing mirror suddenly flew off!

We were right in the middle of singing to a bit of Simon and Garfunkel when it flew off and hit my side window. It scared the life out of us! We actually stopped singing!
