Partnerships

Today we had an orientation for new students who will be studying about global development issues through our service learning course.  18 of us will spend winter term learning about the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, capacity building at the local level, and how to be better stewards of the world's resources.  Our class will capstone with a trip to Nicaragua in March to work with one of my favorite organizations, AMOS Health and Hope.  This was our first class photo and we're each holding one of the goals we'll be studying.  Looking forward to learning with this great group!
