New Weather Box

Today we hope to complete the prototype of a new weather box that we have been working on for some time. This is how far we have got. We've got a post to mount it on and some basic traditional weather instruments to go inside.

Once perfected the design will be added to those we've already done for our Weather for Schools website. This is the best one we have designed so far. It will fulfill many of the criteria for accurate data collection. It takes a bit of skill to construct, as is not very cheap to make. Still it's worth the effort.
