A blast from the past

I had a beater like this when I first got married - loved it! A few years ago my sister decided I needed an update and bought me a hand held electric beater.  I foolishly threw the old one away (I have limited storage space in my kitchen).  Often wished I had it back.  Today, this came into the charity shop - same make and design - but not as worn out.  I just had to snap it up.
