Parkrun 25

Started the day with my 25th parkrun and got a shout out from the Race Director which was cool.

After finishing slower than recent weeks at 22:11 I then had a quick 30 mins in the gym after I was meant to drop off some xmas cards but no one home.

Once back home I washed the two cars and made brunch for MrsT & L who were out at swimming.

Afterwards L & I went to visit my mum
