The second step in the picture is the one I landed on the edge of, on my back, as I slipped going out for a bike ride this morning. The first step in the picture is the one where I bashed my arm, currently a lovely yellow and purple colour. Since then the rest of the day has been one of just trying to get comfortable really, wondering how things will be tomorrow, and thinking about possible X-rays.

I did listen to some great music this afternoon though, really great.
