Temples and Tea

Day 6 in China.

In Guangzhou, visiting a large Buddhist temple complex.

This enormous golden statue was in the main building, and there were many more outside. I didn't manage to make the required three circuits carrying my  smouldering incense sticks. The smoke made my eyes stream and brought on spasms of coughing. Not conducive to a spiritual experience.

Our next stop was at a tea plantation. We liked the water-feature in the garden, and the tea was interesting, not quite what we expected. A lot of leaves!
