A quiet day today.  I went to the cemetery, and all the birds came down to see me.  I even hand fed a magpie.

The weather today has been a lot cooler.

Had a phone call from my brother-in-law (my husband's brother) in the UK.  It was lovely to hear from him, but I do wish he'd checked the time.

It was after midnight when he rang, I was fast asleep.  I leapt out of bed to answer the phone, as I thought there was something wrong.

After both James and I had spoken to him, it was 1.45.  After that I couldn't get to sleep, my husband on the other hand was snoring in no time.
