Cards and nuts

I've been rather busy the past two days baking/roasting nuts and making Christmas cards for the neighbours and today as the newcomer in the street I've been going around to introduce myself if the neighbours were at home and bring these cards and nuts. The nuts are a recipe of my OU friend Lucy aka Honeycatcookies, not that complicated to make and a real treat !

Later today my sisters who live in Italy arrived in Bergen op Zoom and we had a sister/family reunion, so I haven't had time to do anything else .
I'm hoping to have time to go through all the Abstract Thursday entries tomorrow, thanks very much for your comments and stars for yesterday's rose !
