Utterly Exhausted

I got tired looking for a Blip today.

This building used to be a cinema with three screens but has been unoccupied for 20 years or more and is in a poor state of repair.

Finally, plans are afoot to turn it into a theatre but that depends on enough funds / grants being available.  With one theatre already in town, is there really scope for another?
