Out of Bounds

There is a lake in the school grounds which, together with the nearby lawned area, make a pleasant lunchtime rest area for the students.  The lake is also a useful resource for the biology teachers.  However, in the current cold weather the banks are slippery and the water is close to freezing, so it has been made out of bounds to students.

At last, early this evening, the engineer turned up with the required part for our boiler. We therefore have heating and plenty of hot water again.  Of course, the weather is turning milder now!
