Favourites

It had been too long. 

A great meal in a favourite place catching up with Jen. 

A wander a long the quayside with a still river and lights reflecting - I wish I had my proper camera.

A trip to the Sage for Handel's Messiah. Beautiful music. Although I found myself people watching and there were some amazing facial expressions. Jen and I had to suppress major fits of giggles after comments at the interval haunted us at the start of the second half. We covered it well though and managed to pull it back together.

We also had an awful realisation at the end that while we were (a lot) younger than most of the audience, we're no longer younger. Balls.
