2016 Friday -- Newlyweds & Dinner

We had the opportunity and the fun this evening of having dinner with our granddaughter Ashly and Robert, her new husband.

They arrived back home this past weekend from their honeymoon--a one week cruise of the Caribbean. They headed for Florida on Friday morning, November 25, the morning after Thanksgiving.

We had not seen them since their November 12th wedding. So we were delighted to get to spend an evening with them.

One of their fun stories -- they explained -- was waiting for dinner one evening on the ship and hearing their names called and then discovered it was actually another young couple from Florida who were also celebrating their honeymoon. They said they ended-up becoming friends with them and anticipate seeing them again.
