Take off at sunset

Today was another busy day, I was up first thing this morning  and I was off to the chiropractor from there I stopped by get my hair cut and and groceries. I also managed to snag my Christmas turkey. I got out this evening again to pick up a few more things.

I got down to the lake a couple of times today, currently it is beginning to freeze over and has become a stop over to many migrating Canada geese. The mild weather has kept them from heading south but now with the polar vortex and freezing temperatures plus a snowstorm on the way many are now leaving. This shot is a flock lifting off with the sun setting in behind.
