breakfast, lunch and dinner

Inspired by new blipper 42 Degrees South I thought I'd take up the egg blip challenge here at 59 Degrees North.

I don't think this pic is as pretty as 42s but the eggs would feed a lot more folk. 15 in the fridge today. There is usually an abundance of eggs and we are dab hands at various cooking methods. If all else fails and we can't open the fridge door without them jumping out. We resort to baking rich cakes with as many eggs as we can fit in. It's a tough life.

But today after seeing 42s blip, I just had to go and enjoy that simple delight for lunch... two fried eggs on toast. Who knows what they will transform into tomorrow!??!!
