Huffing and Puffing

Volunteering at the Cardiff Half Marathon today with my friend Janey.  This is the second year I’ve done it and it really is great fun.  We were based on the Cardiff Barrage and the views with just stunning, October really is spoiling us with great weather.

The lead runners reached us in about 20 minutes and I was quite glad to hear them huffing and puffing just as much as me when I run.  Lol!

Next year I think I shall return to running.  Providing I can get my fitness back.
