Standing on top of the beavers?

Harling Darling and I walked down to the beaver stream. The floods had receded and there was a lot of beautiful ice marking the various water levels.
Jan is standing on the beaver lodge here but with a few feet of sticks and dried/frozen mud between us and them I doubt they knew we were there.
It was my first walk for nearly a week and it felt very good to be up and about again.
We do live in a lovely place!
