Pumpkin ( seed ) stout
The beer was not doing anything in the big vat, so moved to 3 demijohns today.
Added 10 teaspoons of sugar to each.
Popped them in the bath; and poured hot water round them. :)
They loved it. So much so, after about am hour the airlocks were full of stout!
Hopefully they won't take too long to finish bubbling and I can bottle before Christmas.
The big question is, how long in the bottle before I can drink it, and will the pumpkin seeds have added anything?
P.S yesterday's blip is still on the camera. Set up at the craft fair; which went very badly. Not sure if it was lack of people, or just a lack of interest. Sold 2 £15 framed prints and a handful of cards.
Once you look at the costs for all the Clevedon prints / cards then seriously out of pocket on that one. :(
