Bee on Astrantia

I had a terrible night coping with my sore back, very little sleep.  Once I got up and moving the soreness eased a little and I've managed not too badly during the day.  I spent a bit of time in the garden this afternoon, without bending (much).  Just taking off the dead heads from the rhodo's.  The Astrantia was seething with bees, so went in a got my macro, blip sorted.

A little Christmas shopping this morning the called on our mates for a cup of tea and chat.

We are having a rack of lamb tonight, at the moment it is marinating in my interpretation of Salsa Verde, will be accompanied by roasted cauli, new carrots, spuds  and cabbage (all from the garden).  Yummo :)
