Son's 19th birthday

- We all went on a bike ride down the Tarka Trail
starting at Fremington Quay

Its a very flat old railway track which was ideal for my parents
to ride on.

Stopped for a picnic and play on the beach at Instow

We all love building sand castles each of the 10 of us had to try
and build a better castle. The men got very serious

Birthday boy had the task of jumping on them as we left.
