Misty Morning

I'm glad I took this blip when I got up because it was the best part of the day weather-wise.  There was a band of mist above the village with the morning sun just peeping over the top.

We had a leisurely start to the day after the busy weekend and travel madness, so I took my breakfast back to bed and read my Inspector Gamache murder mystery, then it was catch up time and bird feeders before I had some exercise walking down to Blood Donors in Bingley.  They nearly didn't take it again (!) due to West Nile Virus in the States and us having visited there last month, then my drop of blood did not fall to the bottom of the tube within the required 15 seconds so a sample was taken and tested before being given the all clear.

Now I'm taking it easy before thinking about what to do with the mince for dinner!
