Autumn Debris
Basil and I took the Yaris in for its annual service. We ambled up the road from the garage to St Peter's Centre where the cafe does a very nice bacon and egg breakfast served in a gluten free roll for a very reasonable price. A decent mug of tea too.
Big Christmas tree and lots of muted white lights.
Outside, this pile of leaves had gathered under the sign. I thought they looked very distinguished leaves, albeit desiccated.
At home, I set about making Bengal Chutney, as we have scrumped a lot of apples from the tree in the school field that overhangs the fence. Since it was probably one of our apple cores that seeded the tree, I think that's fair enough. No one else is eating them.
