Flooded tracks

You could make a lot of cabbage soup with all these discarded leaves.  It was quiet at Citizens Advice.  Maybe people have decided not to think about their problems until after Christmas.  In January it will sadly be all about relationships after the stresses and strains of family Christmases and in February all about debt when the post Christmas credit card bills come in. In the afternoon I set about reassembling the 250 year old longcase I have blipped a couple of times. That included my least favourite job of sewing rope ends together to make a continuous loop.  I have had to order a new rope so will have to do the job all over again when the clock has passed its test.
