Balls

This set of ball pit balls, normally for use by children, is being used by our Physics teachers - I think to model the atomic nucleus and demonstrate how the density of the nucleus varies (or not) with the size of the nucleus.  Other essential tools in this demonstration:  a tape measure and a black bin bag.

Next on the list: lighting LEDs using conducting plasticine.
