Behind the poinsettia sellers at Kyoto Plaza are the usual makers / vendors of piñatas; this family had a Donald Trump effigy on offer. Victor spent 14 years as an undocumented immigrant in California; the last seven years were in prison after which he was deported. On his arm he had a detailed tattoo showing his wife in tears because of his imprisonment (see extra).
Today was the annual celebration day for the Virgin of Guadalupe - a time of parades and festivities. See Flickr for a small review.
