We made dinasaurs!

Daddy made the green one, but Euan made the orange one and the purple one all by himself!

Met a friend this morning at a wee coffee shop at the bottom of my road and Euan played with her son Fraser who is older than him by 3 days. Us mums sat and drank tea and discussed our baby girls mostly. Ellie is 8 months old already and I have only met her twice before! We enjoy our catch ups, however long there is between them. I popped into the co-op before heading home to get the papers and a bag of salad, then we had chicken tenders in fajita wraps for lunch.

We did some gardening after lunch and Euan had a toilet accident trying to get his trousers down in order to "peepee on the grass"! Boys! A walk to asda after that and Euan fell asleep in the buggy and Rhona slept in the sling. We had a cup of tea and a yumyum for a treat and when Euan woke up, we got his new magazine out to make the dinasaurs. He thought we needed glue at the start and got a bit distracted by that, but once he figured out everything was already sticky, he got stuck in! (pun wasn't intended!) I tried very hard to just let him do it all by himself and not try to tell him where to put things. It is quite hard to do, but I think I did ok, just a couple where it would have made sticking the tail to the body difficult. It was alot of fun and I will have to look and get more crafty things to do with him.

Euan had about 10 wee sausages for tea with carrots, peppers and tomatoes. He then asked for more sausages! Instead he had some blackberries and a bit of our yumyums that we had saved for him. Bed for them both at 7.30 but Rhona was not ready and wanted another feed, so Daddy read his stories tonight. Euan is lying on the landing at the moment, hoping we will read him some more but it is already 8.45, so no chance. Sorry Euan.
