Found A Cat On My Lap

Not just an ordinary cat
But a cat without a hat
You say cats don't wear hats
But most don't see those hats
Cats with hats are a discernible bunch
Who prefer to snack, especially a lunch
Well pretty much all day, on dry food, they crunch
If you were to say, 'I had that hunch'
You would be laughed off as high on catnip
Rarely do they give any tip
As to how much fun they have on their trip
Like any good Buddhist, it's an ego-less blip
