Today's job

I thought I would get the tree up and decorated today, nothing on the calendar, Mike home to give me a hand, but then I was called to a shop meeting at lunch time!  The chap whom we had to meet was 45 minutes late and the meeting lasted an hour and a half.  Hey ho!  

Finally we settled down to watch the taped Strictly from last night only to find it hadn't been recorded!  The best laid plans etc etc . . .  Never mind, the tree is now up and we celebrated with a small dram and a mince pie!
